Use of Vitamin E (capsule) on acne scars?!

People have told me to use Vitamin E(capsule, but how do i apply Vitamin E on my face and for how long? for example, do I apply it before bed and leave it on all night? or apply it during the day for like 10min and then wash them out?

i would apply the vitamin E (if you ahve time) on your face first thing in the morning well you are getting ready. Leave it on for like 15-20mins. then wash your face well afterwards with luke warm water.

I use it all over my face (I suffered from acne) - I put it on before I go to bed and rub it in. Instead of using the capsules, you can buy it in the pure oil form at any pharmacy or health food store. It takes a few weeks to see any change. I have been using it for years. I also use it as an eye treatment ( many of the over-the-counter products are way to harsh for my skin).

Wash your face and use vitamin E for a short time of less than two weeks, with only one broken capsule squeezed on the space that is affected per day. I think you will then see a great improvement in your acne situation. I would apply it at night before going to bed, I to used it on stretch marks.
Vit E is fabulous! I had scars on my face from a fire and the plastic surgeon suggested Vit E by my eyes, especially. I used it and you cant even see my scars. However, I did this while I was still healing. Definitely use it at night. A bit on the yucky side. I used the capsules, and broke them open. (Docs suggestion.) It will take a little time to see a difference. If you still get acne, my son uses Clearasil scrub and this little tube about 4+/- inches long, under an inch wide (don't remember exact name), also from Clearasil - clears his face right up. Unbelievable difference for him. But, everyone is different. Both tubes were in the ballpark of $7-10 each, but I purchased them together in a special pkg @ Wal-Mart about 6mo ago.
