For me, a high protein diet worked best. I went from 135lbs to 127 in 2 weeks, and am still losing. I have a protein shake in the morning, have yogurt or a protein bar for lunch and a healthy dinner. For snacks, I have fruit or a slimfast snack bar, or jello.

fat on your stomach is a result of an overall high level of body fat, specific stomach exercises (crunches etc) wont help unless you loose weight first. the quickest way to do that is to increase your metabolic rate (the rate at which your body converts food to energy -not fat). and the best way to increase that is exercise..sorry- life wasnt mean to be easy!
eat dinner before 7,go easy on the carbs and drink a heap of water.

hate to say this, but I will cause It may save you some time.spot reducing is a myth, in order to reduce the fat on your belly, you have to reduce the fat on your entire body.by any means, you may not notice, but if you have fat on your belly, you probably have fat on your whole body.

sit ups. If you have access to a gym go there and work on the abs machines. Modern equipment gets to the heart of the matter.

i found the best thing that works is polities it takes a few weeks to see a difference but its easy and it is on;y a few minutes a day my stomach just disappeared. i love it
