Lossing fat in certain areas?!


Question:
From what I understand, its not too common for a man to store fat in the legs and booty but I do. How do I target those areas for weight loss?
Answers:
Get a bench, a swiss ball and an exercise cable.
1. Legs: squats, lunges and step ups (step up on the bench w/ each leg, 1 leg at a time). Do 10-15 reps each, 2-3 sets.
2. Use the cable to do inner and outer thigh workouts, and the swiss ball to do squats as well. I've posted some sites. Some have photos. These worked great for me. Good luck. And, look. the pretty pictures!

You can't spot reduce. You have to lower your bodyfat percentage as a whole while increading you muscle mass. Try the Body For Life program by Bill Phillips. He has a book and there is a website dedicated to the program. Take a look at www.bodyforlife.com .

you can't target fat loss! your body stores energy as fat. If you use more calories a day than you eat then your body will turn to its fat stores (wherever they may be) to make up the extra energy.
