Go visit your grandparents and ask them for some used cloths. You'd be suprised what comes out of their closets.
try brand name stores that have low prices like ross, a.j. wright, marshalls, goodwill, wal-mart, target. YEA! try those stores! target has the luela bartley english style clothing. super retro and funky!! but some of it is ugly!
