pre or post menstastion syndrome

I think it stands for "Post-Menstrual Syndrome".

PMS stands for pre-menstrual syndrome. It is the symptoms your body may experience before your period starts. You could get sore breasts, achy back, cramps and bloating in the abdominal area and moodiness. These are all normal symptoms and most women get PMS. If you have severe symptoms seek help from your doctor.

You should not be embarrassed in asking your parents.

Maybe it might be easier though to ask a friend.

No, you should not be embarressed. It is a normal part of being female and most women have some form of it.

Premenstrual Syndrome
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a group of symptoms related to the menstrual cycle. PMS symptoms occur in the week or two weeks before your period (menstruation or monthly bleeding). The symptoms usually go away after your period starts. PMS may interfere with your normal activities at home, school, or work. Menopause, when monthly periods stop, brings an end to PMS.

The causes of PMS are not yet clear. Some women may be more sensitive than others to changing hormone levels during the menstrual cycle. Stress does not seem to cause PMS, but may make it worse. PMS can affect menstruating women of any age.

PMS often includes both physical and emotional symptoms. Diagnosis of PMS is usually based on your symptoms, when they occur, and how much they affect your life.

PMS stand for premenstrual syndrome. It's not a disease or illness, just a part of your menstrual cycle. PMS are caused by hormones. The symptoms you feel can be a clue to when your period is coming, so you'll want to pay attention to them. You don't have to be embarrassed, you're just growing up.

No. You shouldn't be embarrassed. Your parents are supposed to be there to walk you through these sort of things. If they make you feel stupid or purposely embarass you, then I would avoid it, but don't be embarassed. You want to know. There's no harm in asking.

PMS is Pre-Menstrual Syndrome as you've obviously been told. It's when the hormones in a woman's system go crazy the week or two before she get's her period. It has a variety of symptoms including irritability, bloating, headaches, cramping, nausea, and the like. It's not fun and if you know a girl who's got it, be extra gentle to her when you think she's PMSing and she'll appreciate you for it.

Pre or post menstrual syndrome its when a girl's hormones go crazy nd u have mood swings

It's pre-menstrual syndrome. Also known as PMT (pre-menstrual tension). It covers all the shitty things that happen to women during the week before their period, i.e. spots, tantrums, achy/sore stomachs and breasts, headaches, mild nausea etc.

And no- you shouldn't be embarrassed. Embrace your feminine side- makes you more attractive to women.

POST-MORTEN SYNDROME
