is there a real and effective medicine for removing deep and old SCARS?!

i have read an article that says,no medicine (an ointment or cream)for the removal of scars it can only be done thru surgery or laser,i dont know how true it was?

I heard that *** sauce works really well on old scars. Either that or if you make out with a homelss bum and get herpes on your lip, then all you do is pop your herpes thing then rub the juice on your scar.. then SHAZAM, its all good!
