I want to know about the understanding illness in the psychiatric field?!

well, your question is kinda vague, but usually psychiatrist usually associate illnesses to 2 things:

1. of course, physical illness.
2. psychological illness-usually humans have a certain limit of emotional "keep in" in which if they have too much problems in life and don't solve them, they go "psycho" because they don't know what is real and unreal anymore.

OK, if you think about how many people are actually living in this world, there has got to be some kind of percentage as to how many can be considered "crazy". Do you not have days where you feel like you can do the unthinkable? I think it is just nature for some to go "that way". What can you really expect? And what is to understand, it's just fate. Whether you like it or not. Back in the 1700's there wasn't a psychiatric field, but there was jail. And when you mess with fate, well there is no determination of who might be understood or who is just complying with nature.
