yahoo took away my account why?!

only thing i can think of is someone was sending porn and smut to me then denied it but only after i had sent a complaint to yahoo i sent all the letters tothis person to show what was sent to me from there address so now iv lost all the letters cus my account is closed and i now cant send it to local police to deal with dko you think this is why they closed my account and is there a way to ger it back flaim now flaem

first you should know that all the yahoo mail boxes linked to the automatic machine and this is because of to many mails they are receiving, so the machine configured that whenever it notice any abnormal things (i.e. Porno, sexy words, virus ) it automatically eliminate the message mail as well as the concened account. you can send another complaint mail to yahoo administration but without those pics from another account, and beside that you should request the reopening of your account too.

Newly Added: I jsut noticed that you blocked, nottobenamed@yahoo.com and you got them anyway. That is PROOF my friend is innocent. If SHE sends you an e-mail you will not recieve it. Because I know first hand the block works. If you don't believe me, try it. Set up one more yahoo.com account. Block your own yahoo.com e-mail address at one of the accounts and then send yourself an e-mail. YOU Won't GET IT, PERIOD! You can unblock yourself, by clicking that e-mail address and choosing UNBLOCK!!
So, it probably is like I said blow in this long answer, someone is masking their own e-mail address and using nottobenamed's@yahoo.com's e-mail address as their nickname and is making it visible, to give you the impression that nottobename@yahoo.com said the e-mails herself. SHE IS INNOCENT!! That proves it. Apparently Yahoo thinks she's innocent too!

I can tell you for a fact, because I know the person you are thinking of, It's my best friend Diamondstarr. She showed me all of those e-mails you sent her. First off you don't spam someone's account with this stuff. Especially since I can garentee you she didn't send it. That you, Flaim had sent an e-mail stating that you were recieving pron from, her account and that she e-mailed flaim about the situation. There is no evidence on her end that porn was sent through her e-mail account. Not in her sent Messages, not on her system cause we looked. Her computer is CLEAN! We also explained to Yahoo.com that it was upsetting you to recieve this stuff from someone and that my friend stressed that it was her oldest account of many years and this is the first time this problem has come up for her.
So yahoo.com sent her a message saying that action will be taken, but they couldn't tell her what action.
There is no point in getting the police involved, reason. I DON'T Care who ro what you are, there is PORN on the internet, PERIOD, in e-mail, Genital Enlargements, people send all kinds of stuff.
I can tell you that the person who you e-mailed is innocent. I and her are both computer experts.
Probably what happened was while on youqa.cn someone got your ID and her e-mail in the same question and decided to put that person's e-mail address as their nickname and choose, Show NICKNAME rather than E-mail address and send you some stuff as a prank. Anyone can do it, it's not enstein stuff.
So when you got the e-mail, it said someone's nickname which would have been the e-mail address First name: Blank@blank.com Last Name: Leave Empty
Because we cross checked all the IP numbers, the e-mails you sent us claiming came from, nottobenamed@yahoo.com turned out were located in Long Beach California. We live in Hawaii and use a Hawaii Roadrunner service. Your IP came up Pennsalvania, so I assume that is where you are located. Don't worry, I didn't get your home address, just the state your IP was located in.
So yahoo.com knew that nottobenamed@yahoo.com was not the guilty party.
Your e-mail profiles and everything under flaim, your 360 and everything is still up so you've been temporarily suspended. DON'T PANIC, I had that happen to me once. They will do a track down and run down of your account in it's current statis, if they feel the athorities need to be involved, it wouldn't be the local police, it'd be the FEDS. They'd run a screening test on your computer, my friend's computer and run the IP in Long Beach, CA!
Chances are if you keep trying to log into your account once a day, you'll regain access really fast, in a couple of days. Until then have everyone important e-mail you at the new address.
Don't send porn or any other suspisous e-mails to people, whether you think they are guilty or not. Because we have small children here and my friend could be rotten and report you for shoing pornographic material to children and win, because AT THAT POINT, IT COMES DIRECTLY FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND IT'S IN YOUR SENT BOX. EVEN IF YOU DELETE YAHOO'S SYSTEM RECORDS THE ACTIVITY ONTO THEIR SYSTEM.
So, it's best next time that you get something like that to e-mail the person and let them know, in a NEW UNFORWARDED e-mail.
So, they don't get effected and you don't get your account suspended.
Just write a friendly e-mail along the lines of,
"I am concerned with some e-mail I recieved. It contains your e-mail address and some offensive materials. I think you should be aware of this and the possiblity that someone is using your e-mail address for this activity."
9 times out of 10 if you get an honestly angry reply back, they are not angry at you they are angry at the one who is misusing that person's e-mail address.,
It's a form of idenity Theft. Believe me Yahoo.com will link the activity to the ones who started this. Just stay calm and see what happens. I got my account unfroze, you probably will too.
NEVER EVER FORWARD SUSPISOUS E-MAILS TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN! NOT EVEN TO YAHOO.COM BECAUSE AT THAT POINT YOU ARE AT FAULT FOR SPAMMING!!
Just sent normal e-mails. Because you don't want to infect someone's computer, especially if they are just as much a victim of the crime as you are.
Also on behalf of my friend, she wouldn't post that kind of stuff to someone's e-mail anyway, because she has storage which is online to share all her pictures with friends and family. She doesn't support porno or any of that. She is a very sick 22yr old girl who lives her life in a wheelchair that e-mail account she has is her only connection to the outside world. What friends she has here are from Childhood before she became very ill. There are only 4 or 5 of us, which she doesn't see often.
Myspace and yahoo are where her friends are. The e-mail account you complained about is her lifeline to her online friends, she has all of her most prized info and e-mails from her friends and family there. She wouldn't jepordize it for a laugh.
She was in the ER yesterday with a KIdney infection yesterday evening, when she is online she only goes to yahoo and myspace. SHE DOESN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE Online, even playing a game online is tiring.
So why would she waste time and for her presious time e-mailing people porno and being a nusiense. She's not attention starved and she is very honest. She doesn't e-mail anyone she doesn't know. If you e-mail her she will e-mail back.
So, I am sorry you too are a victim of some person's prank and I hope the real person doing this gets caught. I am sorry your account is suspended. You'll get it back, I did.
However, just for futre reference, NEVER EVER FORWARD A SUSPISOUS E-MAIL EVEN TO THE PERSON YOU THINK SENT IT. 99peercent of these times, the person you think sent it, DIDN'T!!
Stick with completely normal no attachment and no forward e-mails. You will get alot more acomplished and you don't incriminate yourself or cause anyone to incriminate themselves.
By the way, nottobenamed@yahoo.com copied and pasted all the e-mails, she didn't FORWARD the pix you sent or anything so that is why Yahoo.com didn't suspend her account as well. If she had forwarded those materials like you did, she'd be sitting where you are.
