when I eat much I feel sluggish, If I eat less I feel more hunger? how can I kee!

Tell me some diet if possible,because this thing is ruining my college life.

Eat healty meals 3 tomes a day. Start the day with an apple. Have a light lunch and then a light dinner. The last meal of the day, should be untill 19h. After that eat nothing.
Simple rules:
1. Eat a lot og cabage.
2. No pork, only chincken.
3. No hambumburgers and donnats.
4. Nothing fired - including frech fries.
5. Eat a lot of fish, but make sure it's not fried.
6. No sweets, candies, shuger, pasta, whole grain bread.

it's a by product of the processed foods you are getting from the supermarkey and the prep of foods in general no a days.

the soil due to overfarming is sapped of nutrients therefore the plants that grow in them have few nutrients. you eat the food but don't get the nutrients you need so in order to get the nutrients you need you have to eat more food. hence the problem.

now if you try switching to organic foods that are grown in fields that are routinely laid fallow (meaning nothing grown for a season) you will find there is more nutrition in your foods you are eating therefore you will actually not need to eat as much in order to get the same nutrition.

as for meats same problem the cows are fed grain that has few nutrients in it. etc etc. best bet is to switch to free ranging beef. its healthier for you.

IDEALLY (though you will likely not go this far) Grow your own vegies and fruits. or get them fresh from someone who does. HUNT for your MEAT (DEER, CARABOU, MOOSE, ELK.) all are much healthier than what you can get in the store. and don't just get store bought deer elk etc. those anamals are farmed the same way beef is. therefore no nutrition. you need WILD GAME. or get some from people who do and or did hunt them wild.

getting healthy costs more but it's worth it.

ooh and AVOID TRANS FATS and or HYDROGENATED/PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED oils/fats the same way as you would avoid the BUBONIC PLAGUE!!
