anphetamines-how do they affect you?!

Question:
i know someone who is a very hard user of this drug to the point where he becomes phsycotic.hes been doing this for years now yet ive heard that it has dangerouse long term affects-so when do these affects start happening and what is the damage.im talking about 5 years of abuse here??
Answers:
Severe dental problems, loss of teeth, dental infections, heart damage, elevated blood pressure, it rots your brain. Your friend is killing himself. Methamphetamines are made of nothing but chemicals. He will die from the abuse if he doesn't stop. I recently helped perform CPR on a 28 year old female who had overdosed on meth. She had elevated blood pressure to the point that her BRAIN STEM INFARCTED. Meth is an evil, pervasive drug. If your friend is already experiencing psychosis, it is probably too late. Good luck.
