Cosmetic surgery is not always the answer to being pretty and feeling happy.
If that happens to me, i'll just think of the consequences that it'll bring, like what if the doctor is not that good and caused some trouble instead of a solution.
I think, unlike all of the ignorant people who answered your question so far, that you should do what ever you want to make your self feel better. Money? Save up. 50, 60, dollars a month, whatever you can. Take a loan, ask a friend. People are getting sugery every day, and looking a hell of a lot better. Its just the issue of up keep. Working out after the sugery and eating right. After that your cupple thousand will turn you into a million bucks! Good Luck!
You don't say exactly what you feel is the problem - so I wonder - is it truly a problem? or do you have problems with low self esteem? You can try going to surgeons who - depending upon your situation - may decrease the amount of money needed to perform the surgery, or allow you to pay on a smaller scale with regular payments - and in some extremely rare instances - may waive the fee/s completely - depending upon what is involved.
If I were you, I would get opinions first before I even consider such a thing - you must realize - the cosmetic surgery does not work 100% of the time - there are complications sometimes. There is always some risk, so consider what you are doing before it is done.

There might be other ways u can make sure look good. Like exercise healthy eating go for a makeover. Its up to u though. But think about other ways before surgery. Lots of people r having surgery and people r starting to look the same as each other.
some of these people are so "politically correct" it's sad! There is nothing wrong with cosmetic surgery if your are doing it solely for you and not to impress anyone else! When you visit the plastic surgeons they all have a finance company they work with. Its kinda like buying a car! I never thought I could afford it either but once I found out about the financing- I went for it! I had cosmetic surgery last March and it was the BEST thing I have ever done- just for me!
