how do you REBUILD a relationship ??!
Question:
year ago i met with this girl from my laboratory courses . We were kind of getting close and then i find her hanging out with this other guy . so it kind of messed up my head and i was kind of ignoring her ..well to put it in this way i kind of pushed her aside though she was acting the way she use to with me . well .. now after a year we are in the same group again and she is showing more interest in this other guy in the group them me..and it really makes me nut . i know its not her fault the reason why i am streassed cause for once she make me feel like thats she likes me a lot. now she dont even look in my eyes when she talk to me, and i am still like pushing her aside. cause there ius aother girl in my group and i dont want to talk to her if am ot talking to theis other girl. i dont want any one to be ignored and feel like pushed aside ,
how do i make every thing back to normal the way it was before .
please help me ..

We always want what we do not have. If this girl is really interested in someone else, you need to get on with your own life. There are many people in this world that are right for us. Let yourself be open and look for them and stop punishing yourself over this one.

You can never go back. Life doesn't work that way. But you need to work on you. Figure out WHY you feel this what. What is it that goes off inside your head to cause you to react this way. I can't really help you get to the root of it, but assuming you are in college, there are typically counselors available for free at the university. I recommend signing up for one.not because you are a nut. But because you need help figuring out some stuff in your head. We all could use some of that. Good luck!
