Best fat reducing foods?!

Question:
I have heard the atkins which is too strict for me. What are the best foods for weight loss. Some people say dairy some say veggies. I am very kitchen handicapped so the simpler the better. I don't want to feel hungry all the time. Just need least fattening foods list.
Answers:
Dairy products are fattening by nature, unless you go for the low-fat alternatives. Your best bet is to do the following:

1: Drink lots of water to flush your system and to help curb your appetite.
2: Make breakfast your largest and most filling meal of the day. Try eating cereal, fruit, and low-fat items.
3: Eat a moderate lunch. Chicken breast with a side of fruit or salad is healthy and filling.
4: Snack on carrot sticks, cucumbers, and other veggies during the day.
5: Eat dinner before 7pm so your food metabolizes correctly. Chicken is great for losing weight. Try to avoid white bread, pasta, and white rice. Multigrain bread, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice are better alternatives.

Exercise will make all the differance, so find something you enjoy, and stick with it!

Good luck!

Other Answers:
fruit, vegetation, etc.

Try eating acidic foods, drinking green teas which are good for reducing cholesterol. Don't miss to eat an apple everyday. Try this i'm sure it will help. good luck.

Get food that contain high level of fiber. The are filling but never fattening.

here is the simple answer: maximize natural and unprocessed food, then minimize processed and junk foods.

Now here's why

Natural and unprocessed foods (except maybe for fruits)will help stabilize blood sugar. Stable blood sugar will allow the fat to be release from the fat cells. Then, all you need to do is incorporate some exercise regimen to burn that fat away.

So focus on vegetables and whole grains for your carbs, includes all kind of lean proteins proteins and a small amount of healthy fats like flax seed oil or fish oil.
