I need somthing that lasts all day and wont cause stomach damange.
Answers:
<Since you asked about an over the counter pain reliever I won't go into other options.Aleve is good and lasts eight to twelve hours.I don't know if it will damage your stomach. It doesn't mention it on the bottle. It doesn't seem hurt my stomache but I don't take it very often.

Other Answers:
Advil will probally be a great medicine.

Have you been checked out by a doctor to find reason for the pain? I practice yoga. Moist heat and something called China Gel also helps. Watch over-the-counter meds. Yoga helps to stretch muscles slowly. Most back pain (excluding injury) occur because of a weak body core.

NONE/ASK A GOOD MALE FRIEND U KNOW TO HOOK U UP/OR UNLESS U GOTS A GIRLFRIEND THT HAS A STRONG GRIP/BUT ALWAYS BETTA GETTIN IT DONE FROM THE OPPOSITE SEX//

I have back issues as well, and find Yoga a very good method of controlling it. If all else fails, try a double of Jack Daniels and a hot bath!

IBP or sklaskin or nepoxin or go to the doctor

Drugs only treat the simptoms not the cause. It means it takes away the pain but not because it cures you. It makes you feel the pain less because it upers the pain limen (needs more power to make you feel it). Try to understand what its wrong with your posision at work, at home, when you sleep.
I advice you to go to a kiropractician (or ortopedic doctor). He can tell you what's wrong whit your back and give you exercises for it. It is very usefull to get a masage, do streching (yoga).

So kids DON'T use Drogs :P
