Im 15 i weigh 114 punds whats the easiest way fer me to lose weight at this age.!

Unless you're only 3 feet tall, I don't think you need to lose any weight. Best thing to do is just get some exercise, go play and have fun, or jog with some friends.

You dont need to lose weight the average weight for a thirteen year old is 120 pounds so that tells you that you are probably underweight!

The easiest way to lose weight at your age is to eat 3 balanced meals, exercise and sleep enough. From the sounds of it you need the easiest way to love you first.Your still growing into a woman, take care of your self and you wouln't need to ask that question again. Good luck!

Wake up. You are more than half way to having a hard core eating disorder! You don't need a diet. You need counseling and more love in your life so you don't feel like you need to lose wieght. You sound like a full blown case of anorexia waiting to happen. It really screws up your life, kid. Wake up. If you're serious about this question, you're in trouble and the sad part is no one probably knows it yet.

I weighed 125 when I was your age. I thought I was fat but I wasn't. I was not overweight. You are not overwieght.

It depends on your height.. If you are verrrry short then you may need to lose some weight.. But it is going to be summer. Get out there and have some fun! Use a sunscreen with low SPF and try to get a nice tan, it can make you look leaner. Just WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT starve yourself.. There are so many more health risks than benefits. If you MUST lose weight, eat healthy and do some mild, NOT STRENUOUS, excersize daily. That will benefit you more in just losing weight in the long run.. :]

15. 114. sounds about average to me? best thing is to not really stress over your weight. Just be who you wanna be and be proud of it. you only live once so just be happy with who you are.

Unless you are REALLLLY short, you don't need to lose weight. Remember you are beginning to turn into a woman your body shape will be changing at this age and you might gain a few pounds, but you are not overweight!

I think your answer might be in asking or confiding in your parents that you have an issue regarding your weight. As a person who has undergone a lifelong struggle with weight problems I can understand your feelings and frustrations. Please talk to someone about this issue before it becomes all consuming. At 15 years old you should not be worried about your weight. One hundred fourteen pounds is a little on the thin side, but it also depends on height and your activity level. Do not, I repeat Do not, give in to what peer pressure says you should look or act like. I know it's hard to do. I see it everyday. I work in the education field and I know that your peers can be quite vicious. If you are already having serious problems of thinking your are too heavy or are binging and purging or worse not eating at all, please get help now. Your parents believe it or not are not here to judge you, but to help and guide you. If you feel that you can't go to them, try a school counselor, or your family doctor.
