I have a theory. Women get the excuse every month to be a *****. Men only get sick about once a year.

Live with it, that's just the way it is.

I like Hitch's answer best!

Because it's the only time when we don't have to be responsible for the world that surrounds our women.

Cut him off from sex until he starts behaving.
Good thing they don't have to go through childbirth, isn't it?

cause we are kool like that

CALM DOWN. RELAX. BREATHE. HERE HAVE BREAK.. HAVE A KITKAT.

Grow up. I guess you wanted him to stay home and treat you like a baby.

Because it is an odd feeling when you cant be a strong male. And it doesnt hurt that we know women are naturally good at nurturing and taking care of men. Thanks ladies. We love you for it.

not me, i'd rather just be left alone and not bothered when i'm sick.

hahahaha yes brianL, thats the reason.

you guys are "sick" every month. with all the crap we have to put up with when you are PMSing, we deserve a good babying when we get the flu. because we are "sick" of your bitching and whining and constant nagging.

ps. we love you!

Because when we are young, our mothers took care of us when we were sick. When mom isn't around anymore, we still wish someone would take care of us. So be a sweetie and help out :)

Yeah, cut him off from sex, at least until he gets laid by the neighbor. Then you can question what his problem is, again.

Well keep in mind that, as the woman before me stated, "Cut him off from sex". remember that can backfire on you. You can't cut it off if your not the only one that he can get it from. But as for the baby part. Normally everyone is a baby when they get sick.. its just that you deal with him beign sick different then he deals with you being sick.

Men do become big babies when they are sick, wanting women to do every little thing for them. But it should be reciprocated. I suggest you tell your boyfriend to respect what you have done for him and that he should return your kindness when you are sick.

men are babies everyday..talk to him and treat him exactly how you would a 9 month old baby..its weird but he might like it

Why are women such babies when they see a spider or a mouse? The same reason. Stressors are external for women and internal for men, stereotypically. Take it easy on him, wonder woman. We know that you're not perfect.

I agree with BrianL. We deal with bloating, nausia, blaaas, and cramps every 28 days (hopefully). Guys wake up every day feeling the same. Day after day, they feel normal. Then they get sick, and they don't have the experience to "work through it" and function like we do.
I knew a guy that had cancer, and had been on and off chemotherapy for over two years when I met him. He didn't whine and ***** about it. He'd learned to work though it. To function despite it. But according to friends who knew him before, he was a total whiny baby at first. Of course he had the right to be. It finally got the best of him two years ago.

men like 2b pampered once in awhile. maybe ur not doing that, that's y he doesnt pamper u wen ur sick.

I think men are no more babies than us women when it comes to being sick. It's just that they expect us to run around them whereas we don't expect them to do the same. And for some reason in a very weird kind of way we agreed to it (unofficially). But then again, usually when it's freezing cold it's always the man that offers to take his jacket off and put it on the woman's shoulder.. There are different tolerances of discomfort or pain in males and females. And again, different tolerances mentally and physically.
