The person that's eating 200-500 calories a day is crazy, that is very unhealthy. Do it the healthy way, the way I am doing it. I've lost 25 pounds so far, and I only have 18 to go. Eat 1200-1500 calories a day. Keep track of what you eat, seeing it on paper will help keep you on track. I do 60 minutes of aerobic exercie 6 days a week and I lift weights 4 days a week. Weight lifting will help you build muscle and speed up your metabolism. I lost 50lbs by eating a high carb/high protein diet and excercising 3 times a day. I also was taking fat burners. Of course I was under the supervision of a professional trainer. My calorie intake started at 1500 per day until I got my metabolism up. Be careful. Maybe talking with a dietician or doctor would be a good idea as well.

In the past i used Hydroxycut. It works but you have to follow the directions on how to safely use it. Make sure it is ephedra free. All the Hydroxycut should be Ephedra Free, but make certain it is. Ephedra can be dangerous if taken under the wrong conditions. Also, eat healthy and excercise. Make sure you talk to a physician before doing this of course.

whatever u do, don't try to watch the calories u eat, eat at least 1,100 calories a day, the calories that aren't from fat will raise ur metabolism, but eat healthy, and most important exercise. i run for 30 minutes every other day. to start, walk for two minutes, and then run for 30 seconds. it really works. on days that i don't run, i walk for thirty minutes, or i do cardio, or yoga.

there is no impossible nowadays. try first to set your goals in a level which you can attain then gradually increase it.. Discipline is a must. remember no pain no glory!

i lost 10 lbs in 1 month by doing nothing but drinking a lot of water..before after and during meals.it makes you feel fuller and you loose weight by more unwanted waste you're loosing from the water..if i can drink water and not excersize or eat a really healthy diet and loose that much.im sure if you drink alot of water and do all those things you can..stay away from diet foods please.you may not know this but they make you even fatter.especially sodas.stay away from those too.

Cmon, do people actually think this is possible? Nothing short of starving yourself or surgery is going to make you lose 50 lbs in 3 months. Try restricting yourself to a 1,200 calorie diet (300 breakfast, 400 lunch, 500 dinner) & eliminating all sugar. You'll need to burn at least 500 calories/day too - start running! You won't lose 50 lbs by summer, but you might get close.

I'm trying to do the same thing..The diet I'm doing is working (i've lost about 15lbs in 2 weeks) but I don't advise doing this unless it's a serious serious emergancy, as it's VERY dangerous.
I'm eating 200-500 calories a day (1 cup soy milk, and then just lots of raw fruits and veggies). I'm on a B vitamin complex too. First thing in the morning (before I eat) I'll walk/jog for 30-45 mins. I do another 30-45 min walk later in the afternoon (ends up being 4-8 miles a day). On top of that, I'm taking diet pills (yellow swarm WITH ephedra). I take 2-3 of these a day.
Like I said, it's working, but I feel like crap! Incessant nausea, lightheadedness, dizziness, fast fast fast heart beat (the pills have 300mg caffeine each), lots of energy, but feel fatigued at the same time.I don't recommend it unless you REALLY are in a bad spot.
