Start your day with a low cal protien drink, or an egg or 2. drink losts of water, eat plenty of veggies, just not corn, and potatoes. Avoid suger. Walk. Do not do anything to increase muscle yet, or it will not show as loss on the scale and you may get frustrated. Just do what i said and avoid sugars, and white things!! Like bread..rice..pasta ect. You dont have to do low carb, just make sure you get protein for fuel, then burn more calories than you eat!!

How much do you want to lose? You'll lose about a pound a day, with a good weight-loss system and exercise.
