Ask your primary care doctor if he thinks a verrucca freeze would work. This works for warts and might work for moles. Since this is your face, I would have a dermatologist do it. Essentially, he or she puts a paper cone (small end down) over the spot and uses a pressurized can of spray that freezes the mole. It falls off either immediately or eventually. They have, however, been known to grow back. Unless you scratch the area or otherwise infect the site, you won't have any pain.
Otherwise, get a plastic surgeon to cut it out and then use that cream he/she should give you to stop or reduce scar development. Don't scratch or infect the site.

in china my mom had a cousin who did that and she used a thing and burned it off your face. Once your skin heals it's gone
possibly surgery.or maybe burning it off your face would b.ok.but not quite a pleasant experience..
