which fats are good and which are not for my health?!

Question:
mono, saturadeed and polisaturated fats
Answers:
Generally accepted among docters and dietists is that healthy fats are:
- unsaturated fats (that come from oil from plants - like olive oil and sunflower oil)
- oil from fish

Oil from animal origin (saturated fat) is per definition unhealthy and should be used with moderation.

Ask a dietist for detailed information,.

Other Answers:
Mono is good. It increase good cholesterol and decreases bad cholesterol. Saturated and polysaturated are bad. They increase bad cholesterol and decrease good cholesterol. Also watch out for triglycerides and Omega-6's. Omega 3's and mono are good choices. Watch out especially what type of oil you use. The best oil is olive oil. Other good ones are canola and fish oil.

yeah what he said

Remember PMS

Polosaturated-Best
Monosaturated-Better
Saturated-Good

Saturated - bad. Unsaturated - good. Need fat in the diet. The body can function with out a single gram of saturated fat, although it is practically impossible to achieve this. Just eat lean meat, fish, fruits, vegetables and whole grains and you will be fine.
Stay clear of trans fats, they are bad for you.

The way I understand it is, any fat that has been processed is bad for you.
