yes most teens find very painful their first time but after that they get accustom to that and they star it to enjoy it of course those are the ones that find some one who doesn't only think on himself .
so why if is gonna be so painful do they do it ?
the answer is simple : curiosity kill the cat but the pleasure made him come back if some one is curious that is definitely teens.

In the OLD days (way before my time), age 12 and 13 was considered a starting age for birthing babies.
Physically and hormonally, teens are prepaired to have sex.
Mentally, emotionally, socially, and religously, they should defintly wait til they are older.
You added the term "premarital" to your question. Marriage does not make sex any more or less painful.
For some people, waiting for sex til their married is great. Some may argue that marriage only ruins sex.
