How to put on Weight??!

Hi, i am 23. Want to put on weight.I am 45kg right now, height is 5'6
Help me plssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

I am over six feet tall and weigh 155 pounds and am nearly 70 now. I have been trying to put on weight all my life and never have been able to gain more than 20 pounds by eting much more than I wanted and it never stayed very long. For some of us it is just as bad as some of those that just can't get rid of the fat. I am healthy. Still can out work most a few years younger than I am and I enjoy life very much.
Most of my life i weighed 135 pounds and have gained some in the last 20 years. I am skinny very skinny.

You shouldn't just eat massive amounts. If your weight isn't causing you actual problems like delayed/stopped periods, dizziness, general weakness etc. it would look like this just happens to be your natural weight. You could try to increase it by building muscle tone. Healthy (not too much) exercising may increase your appetite. Don't eat more fat, sugar or salt than people in normal diets. Eat wheat, a lot of vegetables but also meat to get protein. Good luck!

Do weight training, building muscles, which is healthy for you will also help you put on a few healthy pounds and also look great!
