What's the best (and safest) weight loss over the counter pill for a man?!

There are no perfectly safe weight loss pills. Sorry, but there are no shortcuts to loosing weight! The formula is simple: eat less callories than you burn. You can reall eat whatever you want, as long as the calories are less. It's considered by physicians and fitness experts to be more effective in burning fat than a moderate 30 to 40 minute jog.
