Why do I always crave carbs?!

Question:
I am a thin vegetarian (5'5 1/2" and 116 lbs). Not sure why I always want to eat carbs?
Answers:
I've been a vegetarian since I was born. I crave carbs too, all the time. It's because, we don't eat meat. When you eat meat, your body slows down and you don't have the energy that you burn when you don't eat meat. Therefore since you easily burn more energy by not eating meat, you crave the carbs, (energy food). This is normal don't worry! Sorry if I wasn't clear! Your weight is perfect! That's how everyone should be. Too many people are unhealthy and over-weight!

Eating carbs makes you crave carbs. If you can them out of your diet you won't crave them anymore.

It takes 28 days to break a habit.

Im a vegetarian too. I'm 5'8" and 113 lbs. I love bread and pasta. Carbohydrates are your body's preferred source of energy. And because energy is a necessity, carbohydrates should make up the majority of your diet.

You need to balance out your diet. Most of the time, you crave carbs because you are not getting enough of them, or at least not the right kind. If your main source of carbs is sugar (ie candy, cakes, pastry, etc.), you need to eat more good carbs like fruits and vegetables, pasta, rice, etc.

Also, you need to eat more protein. Protein is extremely filling, and after getting a good serving of protein, you won't crave anything for a while.

I don't know why you have crabs, you should go to the doctor.
