I've heard the Elidel (prescription only) is good for helping keep the skin supple and moist. Over the counter cortizone cream will help the itching. But neither will make it go away.

The best thing I've heard for eczema is olive oil. Natural with no additives so your sensitive skin can get the true nourishment it needs.
If you meant insomnia by mistake, try lavendar spray for the sheets and pillows, and chamomile tea. And a nice calming book wouldn't hurt.
try an oat bath they come in little packages and all you do is pour it in the bath soak for a half hr or so but make sure not to get it in your hair it will make it greasy
Aveeno products.lotion and oatmeal bath are very good for relieving the itching.
