Exceptionally dark urine?!

What about my diet does it mean when my urine is an exceptionally dark yellow?

your urine color tells you if your getting enough water. The clearer the better. So if it's dark yellow drink a lot more water.

dehydration, as stated above, or excessive ammounts of sugar and salt.
it could mean alot of things try drinking lots of water to flush your kidneys or cranberry juice and if you don't like those propel is really good
Dehydration, or certain foods that are highly pigmented. Also, certain antibiotics play a role in urine color. Lastly, could be really dark due to blood in your stream. Keep monitoring, and if continued-get help ASAP! Could be signaling infection, etc..
Thats really bad, it means your kidneys aren't getting enough water the darker it is the worse it is but the lighter the better you could die if you don't get alot of water now.
