I know about having twichs, it feels like someone is under your skull and pressing your brain with their finger.
When it happened to me I called my neurologist and he said that it was not a seizure. Also that it wasn't a sign that I would have a seizure soon.
I am not a doctor, I am just someone that has Epilpsy
