Question:

Answers:
You would have to contact your doctor either over the phone or in person in order to get a copy of them- it would not be possible to do it online. Depending on the dr, they also might charge you a fee for a copy.

ebay!

You have to send those to your college you just got into right? Yeah, me too. I don't think you can find them online. Just go to your doctor's office and have them fax the immunization records if your school gives you a fax number or have them mail it.

I don't think it would be online. You have to ask your doctor or your parents or something.

You won't find them online. That's a matter of privacy, and no doctor in their right mind will place such info online. You need to go to your doctor and ASK. Also, if your current doctor doesn't have them, I suggest you get a copy from the school you last attended.

I have never seen it available online. You doctor should have a record of your immunizations as well as your school.

To find your immunization records, I would ask you doctor for your medical history. Hospitals usually keep that information on file.
