You have to send those to your college you just got into right? Yeah, me too. I don't think you can find them online. Just go to your doctor's office and have them fax the immunization records if your school gives you a fax number or have them mail it.

I have never seen it available online. You doctor should have a record of your immunizations as well as your school.
To find your immunization records, I would ask you doctor for your medical history. Hospitals usually keep that information on file.
