If it's not spreading, you can do what I've done. I had a spider bite on my leg. It started swelling and turning black, which frightened me no end. I used a kit I bought to take camping. It is for sucking out the poison from bites of insects and snakes. It is a plunger that you attach a cup to and then place the cup over the bite. Push the plunger down and the suction will suck out the poison. It can be purchased at most Wal-Mart stores, in their camping department,as well as sporting goods stores. What I liked and still do, is you don't have to cut any skin or in any way open the wound before using the cup.

Put tea tree oil and colloidal silver on it. The tea tree is a natural antiseptic and the colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic, this worked great for bites while I was in Thailand. You can get these products from a health food store and should be able to find them both in the same cream one I used was by natural path silver wings.
