Will a yellow tank top look good with camouflage capris? What colors can I wear!

As long as it is not a bright yellow, it should be fine. Any of the 'earth tones' would work really well. You want to keep the colors subdued, much like the camos.
white . tan . dark green are the best
Depends on the shade. A beige-yellow would probably work, but anything bright or too lemony probably wouldn't. As others have said, neutrals such as beige, white, cream, black, brown etc. would work. I personally like to wear my pair with a deep red top for a nice contrast.
does the camo have any yellow in it? If not don't wear it go for a warmer tone(brown, tan, green,white beige) to balance out the funky camo Capri's. If it does I would say yellow (same yellow as top) flipflops! Good luck!
NO. I dont think yellow will fit with the capris. Black will look fine. Or dark green.

Yellow would be great with the green and black camouflage; so would black, or green, or orange, beige, or white.
Okay, this has got to be mostly women answering this one, and I admit that that only makes sense. And I'm not all that confident about my fashion sense at all.
But I'd still like to offer my opinion anyway, from something I learned years ago.
A roommate of my girlfriend from those days, instead of just ignoring me or saying what I was wearing looked stupid, simply explained to me, in non-judgmental terms, why my shirt and pants didn't look good together. I still remember the basic idea of what she said about matching colors, and I still remember her phrase "pick up" as in, "the yellow stripes in the plaid here "pick up" the yellow of my slacks (shoes, handbag, whatever she was wearing that day and using as an example).
So that even if the main colors were different, like yellow tank top and camouflage capris, I bet she would say that if the capris had one of those amoeba-looking camouflage blobs or curvy lines or whatever that was kind of the same yellow as the tank top, or pretty close, that they would go well together.
Not 100% sure, but that's what I hear her saying in my head. Would be interested to know what some others who feel they have a good sense of fashion think about this.

withe, black, green. no yellow because its a strong color and the camouflage is too and an outfit must have only one strong part. just like make up.

White is sooo like the military. Yellow is fine. Black is perfect (think Lara Croft). Match it with large gold dangling accessories, a gold large bag, and golden high heels to provide contrast.

Are we talking traditional green camo? Those are pretty neutral colors. You could wear just about any color casual top with them. To pull off a funky punk look I would go with super brights.
