Confused Hair?!

Question:
I had an extremely straight hair since I was born up until I was 15. Then, it started to get wavy and now it seems to get curly. I never changed my hair products or my diet, so I have no idea what might be the problem here. How do I get my straight hair back? Hope there's no answer like "genetic" or "because God wants it to be that way".
Answers:
Well, though you don't want to hear it, does anyone in your family have wavy or curly hair? When I was a little girl I had dirty blond hair, and everyone always thought I was a "White girl" plus I have light skin, and now 20, my natural hair color is dark brown. I still have strait hair, but my color seemed to change by time and age. So that might be. Though sometimes you really can't change the fact that your hair wants to be that way, you can only fix it when you'd like. For instants, you like your hair strait, get a flat iron and work from there. But don't get fustrated, I don't like my hair dark brown, I like it light, so I make it that way, if thats the only way to do so.

Many things can contribute to changes in hair texture. I had really thick curly hair growing up but into my twenties, it started thinning and loosing its curl. My hairdresser said stress was my issue. He recommended taking vitamins but I later found out I had a hormone imbalance. Good luck!

That SAME thing happened to my dad. His hair is wavy now. Sorry to say.but its genetic. (sorry, i know you don't want to hear that).

you loose on average 80-120 hairs a day that grow back. on that average in around 7 (6-8 years) years you will have a new head of hair.
wait another 7 years. it might change again.
