i am wanting to know about calories? ex. does 1lb of fat = to 3500 calories. if!

i guess i am asking. if you walked for an hour a day. how many calories are you burning? or does it not go by time, but by the workout itself. meaning like if i done arobics instead of walking.

Now Imagine holding a 1 pound bar of gold. It would be pretty small, and you could probably fit it in your pocket.

Those feathers are fat. It doesnt weigh as much as muscle, so you need a lot more of it to equal 1 pound.

That gold bar? Thats muscle. A little bit can weigh a lot, but it doesnt take up as much room as the feathers (the fat).

It kind of makes sense if you think about it. How can a toned bodybuilder weigh around 250..yet some people who are 250 pds are fat. It all goes back to their body percentage of who has muscle vs who has fat.
