Soak the area in warm soapy water for 20 minutes to soften the skin. then tweezers, good luck

use a needle to pick at the edges works everytime for me
make a paste out of some baking soda and just a little water, and that should suck it out.
That is what my mother used to do.
You could also go the needle and tweezers route, just make sure everything is sterile.
Soak it in warm salt water
