Set up a yahoo calendar with an alarm. If you keep yahoo messenger open - even on idle - the alarm will sound every time you need to do something.
I think you can set it up to ring your cell phone, too - but i'm not very sure about that part.
Mine sync's with my Palm Pilot and my kids have learned to put things in there and set alarms so mom won't forget.

just get a watch that sets like at a certain time! if you forget the watch, then uh. well tie your watch to something like a toothbrush so when u brush your teeth in the morning you will remember to put it on. Good luck!
