i don't wanna go to gym, but what can i do to have a fit body?!

i am 28 the best way is to cut down on deep fried unhealthy foods and change to raps sushi and daily excersize of a minimum of 30 minuts i usually hike 16 kilometeres a week play soccer one night and hockey one night and i lost 30 pounds in 5 months so good luck

Stop eating pizza and Mickie D's for dinner. Get some exercise. doesn't have to be at a gym. People were in shape long before anyone got the idea of charging people to work out on machines they don't need. Seriously. you got stairs in your house? Walk up and down them. Stairmaster! Got a row boat you can borrow? How about a bike? What about just old fashioned walking. Hold your girlfriend/boyfriend up against the wall while you're scronking her. Power thrusts.

Just do something, eat less junk, cut down on cola consumption and caffeine, and sleep well.
