Consume less calories than u burn (keep a journal and look up nutritional values of foods you eat). REGULAR (!) excercise - cardio about twice a week and strength training twice a week, all 45 min each. That should do the trick. Also, not eating after 19:00 really helps. But dont do ANY of these stupid fad diets: they work 4 a week but since u cant maintain them, ur bodys metabolism slows down and u end up even fatter than when u started. Finally believe that u can do it and stay positive. Do whatever needs to be done to stay motivated.
