Can OCD have an actual physical symptom?!

Question:
I've known that I've had OCD for a long time, but I also have a problem in that my hands tremble which can't be applied to any medical condition like parkinsons or whatever (I was told it was my thyroid but after some tests they found that to be false) I was wondering if OCD could have other physicl symptoms (other than certain compulsions) such as being what's causing my hands to tremble.
Answers:
Yes it can have physical symptoms. I have OCD as well and I know what you are talking about. OCD is closely related to Tourettes too and that causes tics. Also, whatever med ur on (if any) could also cause tremors of the hands and legs. Check with ur Dr. :)

By definition OCD has physical symptoms. Go see a psychologist who specializes in Response Prevention Therapy, or read the book "Stop Obsessing" by Edna Foa, Ph.D.

That could be the reason but depends if the Tremors are light.

Ocd is a Useless disorder but Can be dealt with try doing Yoga once a day it keeps your mind off of OCD.

I remember when that day when I didnt to things repeatively and was shocked that it helped also Im starting to think OCD is all in our mind.
