Answers:
Running and walking can speed up your matabolism. Eat healthy foods low in fat. Eat foods high in nutrition and vitamins. Exercise a lot. This method of losing weight takes longer, but it's a lot healthier. Just exercise a lot! You could go on a bike (the machine one) and read at the same time, so you could get homework done too. Run a mile every night. It isn't that far, and it doesn't take that long. Good Luck!

exercise

Drink lots of water! Eat in moderation and exercise daily (at least walk a mile or so).

well my advice to you is to stop eating fastfood for like a year!!

stop eating, FATASS

Seriously, if you do the Atkins induction for the whole three weeks, you'll probably lose even more than ten. When I did it, I lost like 20 lbs in 3 weeks. Good luck to you.

get sick, because exercise, is too long term solution , just kidding.

eat greens and sweet a lot by exercise

I do not condone the following on a regular basis because I think its a bad way to long term diet. But if you're looking to lose weight in three weeks, do the first phase of Atkins. No bread or starches. Just make sure you're getting your protein and eating at least some fruits and veggies for extra long term energy.

Make healthy eating choices, try to exercise daily for 1hr. Do not give in to any cravings!

i think you should go to la wait loss the can help you as fast as they can

good thing to do is cut down on sweets, eat about 2500 calories a day, means dont eat the school lunch, pack your own lunch and run. if you burn more calories that u eat u will lose waight. if you dont eat, your body will shutdown and burn less calories. eat to much and your body will store the calories in fat. so try to eat like 2500 calories and run and stuff like that.

everyday run like at least a mile and work as hard as you can on that then do other things like lifting weights and stuff like that also you can make sure you stay away from the fatty foods those will ruin all your hard work and say you do eat oatmeal remember "mann im not gonna put sugar on this because it wont help me with losing weight 4 the dance"

dont eat after 5:00 that way you have enough time after to burn your calories did anybody ask you yet if they didnt youve got a bunch of jerks and jocks at your school and remeber guys dont like you for your personality and looks they like you for both a friend is someone who knows eveything about you and still likes you anyway god bless you have fun at the dance and if you have any further questions feel free to email me ok

well excerize alot and eat veggies with meat cut the meats fat off

you can do it. just keep in mind of what you eat. and remember why are yo on this diet. If you keep this in mind then you should be good. you should eat salads. Fruits. Exercises. stretch. Do those things everyday at a certain period of time it could do wonders for u.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT CONSUME ANY SUGAR, SODIUM AND CARBOHYDRATES THAT INCLUDED FRUIT AS WELL. EAT 5-6 SMALL MEALS A DAY THAT HAS 200 CALORIES OR LESS IN EACH MEAL. EAT ALOT OF LEAN PROTEIN AND VEGETABLES AND, EAT EVERY 2-3 HOURS. EXERCISE EVERY DAY BY EITHER WALKING, JOGGING, OR AEROBICS. AND, MAKE SURE THAT YOU DRINK LOTS OF WATER. YOU MOST DEFINATELY WILL SEE REUSLTS WITHIN 3 WEEKS.

Put down the fork.
