how would i gain the most muscle?!

healthy fats: olive oil, peanut butter, any type of nuts, omega 3's (fats from salmone is really good).
workout: maybe u can work out 5 times a week! ur workout plan would go soemthing like this:
monday: chest, back, shoulders
tuesday: full body circuit workout
wednesday: biceps, triceps
thursday: full body circuit workout
friday: quads, hamstrings, calves, and glutes
sat and sunday: rest

Male.with an average metabolism: Lifting and increasing caloric intake proportional to activity level.
Low Met: keep calories on the low side and lift a lot
High met: increase cal's and lift
If you are doing a lot of cardio try to keep it at a safe level in order to maintain heart health.

Female: Cardio and Lift. Not too much cardio

first by taking a multivitamin a day eating plenty of fruits and veggies, cook your meats broiled or baked not fried it adds to the fat, excercise daily for at least 1-2 hours a day, drink plenty of water your body needs at least a gallon a day, if you could join a gym or the ymca in your area would be nice if not find objects acceptable to left for each biceps like two bricks (no steriods please they can kill)

going to a gym, excercising, running, lifting weights, sit-ups, and pull ups.
