Tan- go with Gold to Peach
Dark- defently go with Peach, it brings a soucy look to your eyes!

It's not cheap, but Mary Kay is a great brand. You can get a free make over with no obligation to buy and advice on what colors look good on you. My favorite things about it are 1) that you can try it on before you buy it and 2) that you can get a complete refund if you don't like it.
