how often do I need to replace my fiberglass nails?!

Oh my? That really depends on the abuse they endure. Are you constantly working in any type of fluids? If so you will want to have them checked at least once a week to make sure they are not pulling away from your nail and allowing fungi to penetrate the nail bed. If you are not subjected to this and routinely have your nails filled they shouldn't need to be replaced. The nail will eventually grow out and what will be left is total filler which can easily be removed with acetone. Try not to have them replaced to often as it damages the real nail so badly when they try to remove them. Get someone that is very reputable with doing the procedure and will work at protecting your real nail when removing.
