i am on the atkins, i want to quit coz i cant stand meat anymre.but i dont want!

Yes, you can, and there is no need to eat meet on the Atkins. My way is everything in moderation. You can eat everything - as long as you don't eat to much of anything. It works for me. Also, don't starve your body for more than 4-5 hours. This way you'll make your body relax and increase metabolism cause your body will not keep more fat "for a rainy day".

You need to avoid any processed carbs, i.e. sugar, white flour, white rice etc. Adding whole grain products slowly back into your diet, together with veggies/soy would be a good idea, but no fruit, to high in sugar.

Ask yourself this question: Why did you go on Atkins to begin with? Probably because you wanted to lose weight, perhaps because because you needed to for health reasons. I was on the diet a couple of years ago and had very good success. However, the choices can get boring. But it is a truly great diet and one on which you can succeed.

Stick with the veggies and soy.
