What are healthy ways to make someone's back pop?!
Question:
I know some: pushing down on the upper part of their back, sitting on their lower part of thair back and pulling their legs to you, and the bearhug one too.

I twist back and forth at the waist.

Actually, the safest way is to have them stretch. Just hold onto a chin-up bar, or something like it, and let their feet dangle for 30 seconds or so. It works very well for me.
There isn't a healthy way to pop someones back. I don't even trust back quacks. good muscle tone, body massages, and perhaps acupuncture are the only sure fire ways to a healthy back.
