If you shaved recently it is probably razor irritation, try a little cortisone cream for a few days. If that doesn't help you may need to see a doctor.

probably just abrasions of where the hair folical was. try a little lanolin & zinc oxide cream
did you shave hair off? Sometimes you will get a rash from shaving with the wring type of razor for the sensitive pubic area. See health professional if problem persists!

This is a shaving rash and a good reason why you shouldn't shave off your pubic hair. It can irritate the skin when it grows back. It might also be ingrowing hairs. If you go to your local pharmacy there are plenty of creams which will treat this complaint. Next time try a hair remover cream or waxing.
