Question:
ive been with her to the doctors but the doctor looked at me as if i was stupid she was very patronising with me.i thought maybe i am worrying too much until just by accident one of my work friends bumped into me whilst with my daughter, and when i saw her again in work she said that she couldnt help but notice the dark shadows my daughter had under her eyes??this has me wrried sick now,my daughter has also had a lot of water infections in the past,i also did in my childhood and ive never known why? she gets horrific pains with it also?/my 2 older sisters hve ceoliac disease which is a condition when you have an allergy to wheat and gluten, everybodys symptoms are individual, and the condition often gets overlooked because of this,it can run in familys as both my sisters have my mother insists to me that i should be tested for the condition, but the test isnt very pleasant i would have to swallow a tube my older sister told me of the proceedure and they dont put you asleep to do the test!
Answers:
GET A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!!

Get her checked out by someone who will give you the time of day (and more).

There are a few things that I can think of that will cause the paleness and dark circles:

(1) She may be (as others have said) anemic.

(2) She could be anorexic.

(3) She could be on drugs. (Unlikely, perhaps, but I had to mention it.)

(4) She may not be getting enough sleep - to extreme.

It could be other things even more (or as) serious. So take her to someone who cares -- get recommendations from family, friends, co-workers (people you trust).

Make sure she is getting a well-balanced (perferably, all-natural) diet until them.

Wish I could be of more help.

nurse

sounds exactly like shes anemic. they have meds for this

The doctor didnt do a blood test to see what was wrong? Get a blood test done.

She might be anemic please get a second opinion

If you have a gut feeling that something is wrong, a little discomfort would be worth knowing the truth. Have you tested her iron levels? She sounds anemic. Perhaps she doesn't get enough rest. Keep at your docs until you get answers.

See a different doctor. Your doctor should take your concerns seriously. You see your daughter every day. Listen to your intuition. If things do not seem right to you, there may be a problem.

You need to get a second opinion. Take her to another doctor.

go with your suspicion and stop with the food with gluten and wheat she could have an allergic reaction to them as your sister since this can be a genetic thing. certain food allergies cause inflammation if the body which causes migraines and water retention in the ankles and other areas which many doctors over look since are looking for superficial results and signs for more serious problems. since your doctor didn't have a blood test taken , which is the only way that this would have shown up, only furthers the thought since it is not included in medical exam books, so begin her on a diet similar to your sisters and see what happens from there.
