For any weight loss program its important to understand how to increase your RMR or metabolism. Your RMR or resting metabolic rate is the amount of energy you burn in your daily activities.

Do you know someone who can eat anything they want and they are skinny as a rail even if they dont workout? Well that person has a very high RMR.

There are several ways to increase metabolism but lets look at the factors that drive your metabolism RMR first.

1. Genetics - you have very little control, but you are not a prisoner of your genes.

2. Lean Muscle Mass - this one throws most people off because women think, oh no I dont want muscles and men think I guess I have to look like a body builder. Lean muscle mass is simply your weight minus the weight of your organs, bones, fluids and fat. You increase lean muscle mass primarily through eating properly, resistance exercise, and a lifestyle that doesnt promote catabolizing activites (smoking, heavy drinking and drug use)

3. Frequency of meals - the more meals the more the metabolic processes take place in your body and the faster your metabolism.

4. Water Intake - dehydration is a major drag on metabolism.
Most people are dehydrated and they dont know it.

5. Sleep - getting enough rest allows the body to function at a higher metabolic level.

Fiber and at least some excercise. Try Bene Fiber

If you insist on drinking without exercising- then just stop eating food. You'll be drunk all the time and might gain a belly from it- but you won't feel it then anyway!

there are special pills that help you activate in the toilet.or avoiding fried food, fast food. Best one is having lots of sex

Reduce your consumption. HOWEVER the best way to lose weight is always by eating a healthy diet, and maintaining a well balanced workout. Consult your physician.

well, first of all, it sounds like you're trying to take the lazy way out; but heregoes; Drink some apple cider vinegar after every meal' That helps break down the food you eat. Also, TRY not to eat after 7pm. Eating late takes longer for your food to digest. In relation to you wanting to drink alcohol; drink water for every alcoholic drink you have. This MAY help you lose a tad bit of weight. I'd also try doing some exercises at home, like during commercials or something. Hope this helps.

A balanced diet, lots of fruits and vegetables (fiber), 8 glasses of water a day and exercise at least in moderation. If you must consume alcohol remember most contain a lot of sugar, which is empty calories. Henceforth you will gain weight

1) make sure you drink sensible alcholic beverages. Drink wine or diet sodas or water mixed with alcohol or very light beers- it is an easy way to save calories the fruity drink make look cool but try and resist.
2) make sure you do not eat when you are drunk and it's late. not only do people tend to make bad choices but it is usually late at night the worst time for you to eat.
3) Drink lots of water during the night and the next day so you can get yourself back to the gym to workout.
4) Try to keep a perfect diet during the day- you have decided you are going to cheat with alcohol- that is fine- now make up for it by being good with your diet.
