how can i make myself fatty?!

Question:
i m only 35kg -20yrs- due to this i feel very bad.i m black too. please help me.
Answers:
There is a good exercise program that gyms give to skinny people so that they can buff up. Also take vitamins and supplement. Check w/ your doctor too to see whether or not you have a problem before undergoing any diets. Avoid also black or dark color clothes it will make you look more skinny, wear white or light colored clothes that are not too fit or too lose.

Also eat 2 eggs everyday whatever cook is ok, just don't eat greasy or fastfood foods because this foods might make you fat but it can also kill you fast.

goodluck ^-^

Don't exercise, eat lots of greasy foods (fast-foods) that are high in calories.

Hey Heena,

Stop worrying and take more fat foods for some times. But remember to be in limits. Eat only healthy food and excercise reguraly. Since u appear to be already skinny, dont go for heavy excercises.

I would suggest that if you have a way to go to a doctor, He/she would be able to advise you on the safest and the least dangerous way of gaining weight. You dont want to eat the wrong things, nor gorge yourself. But, first, please advise with a doctor to see if you really are too thin. In today's society, I truly believe that the ideas of what is
"thin" and what is "heavy" is skewed. You might find out that you are "normal" after all :)

Talk to your doctor to rule out sickle cell anemia or other medical problems. In the meantime, eat healty foods, but definitely see your doctor.

EAt lots of pasta and little debbies. Big MAcs acationally. If u want to gain weight make sure u do it healthy so you don't die!
