Call your OB/GYN and see if they recommend you come in to the office before your next scheduled visit. In the mean time, this is what the experts say:

Breast lumps that are not suspicious have the following characteristics:

1.Freely moveable (cancers tend to invade, and therefore feel stuck to the surrounding tissue).
2.Painful, which usually means inflammation, not tumor
3.Vascillations of size (cysts related to milk production will change size with the ups and downs of the hormonal fluctuations. Bad cysts will stay the same size or grow bigger).
4.Very round-ish. (Malignancies are irregularly shaped.)
5.Small size (less than a centimeter is small.)

Suspicious breast lumps show the opposite of 1-5 above.

Breast lumps may occur normally in pregnancy, especially in the third trimester when your breasts are getting ready for lactation. Such masses are typically soft, mobile and occur in both breasts. They may be tender. A tail of breast tissue may extend into the axillae or armpit area.
Breast cancer is uncommon in pregnancy but it does occur. Approximately one to two percent of breast cancers are diagnosed in pregnancy. The prognosis is similar whether the cancer is diagnosed during pregnancy or at another time. http://www.ivillage.co.uk/pregnancyandbaby/pregnancy/tri3/qas/0,9583,15_157286,00.html

By the way, I am a registered mammographer with 15 years experience in the field, and I have never done a mammogram on a pregnant woman. If a pregnant woman has a suspicious mass, we ALWAYS do an ultrasound instead of a mammogram. Better safe than sorry when it comes to exposing your baby to radiation.

Get to your Doctor!

go see your doctor, but it is probably nothing serious. your breasts are most likely sore from being pregnant.

see your dr., but it could be a blocked duct , it sometimes happens as your body is rapidly changing

emerg dept RN

call your ob/gyn immediately.

It may be from all the hormonal changes. Or it may be from your milk glands/ducts developing and getting ready to produce milk. Maybe one got clogged or even infected.

Mom to 2 children therefore had two pregnancies.

Switch sides with your husband, if that doesn't work, get to the doctor!!~:)=

see the doc

Go see your GYN or find a place to get free screening mammogram.

Sometimes a breast can have a clogged milk duct, or it could be an infection called mastitis. It also could be a cyst. And I don't want to scare you, but it could be cancer. That is NOT likely, but you should have your doctor check it. We can't give accurate information online for something like this.
