genetics determine how tall you will be.

In order for one to reach their genetic potential height, the body needs a certain amount of nourishment. This includes a balanced eating of vitamins that encourage growth proper exercising and adequate sleep.

Understand your body grows when it is at rest. Thats the optimal time when the body can restore the adequate balance of amino acids and minerals that encourage growth.

These are a few things you can to optimize your growth potential but ultimately genetics will determine how tall you are.

about 6'0

are you male or female?

umm probably 6 foot but possibly 6'1.
=)

5'9 i think

You'll be about 6'3"

Who knows. Your height factor is not just determined by your parents, it's through your whole family line. One of my friends is 6'8" and neither of his parents are that tall. So if i had to guess, around 6' - 6'2".

Are you a freshman in high school or in college? Your age makes a difference. If in high school, you could have two or three years more growing to do, though your major growth is probably nearing an end. I'd say you'll end up to be six feet. But if you're a freshman in college, you could be at your maximum height now, give or take an inch.

Considering that you're 14 and have about 5 years left to grow, you could eventually be as tall as your father or taller.

hi my mother is 5'4 and my father is 6ft and I'm 6ft 5 and my sister is 5ft'11 so don't worry you'll be tall enough
