Now seriously, it will TONE nicely without weight doing 3 sets of 8. Add reps for tone with light weight. You can add light weight 3,5,8, lbs one in each hand.

i think it's interesting that 15 to 20 years ago, women were doing everything they could to REDUCE the size of their asses. now they're trying to make them bigger. i just don't understand anymore..
